Eligible Donations for Refund
We will consider refund requests for the following types of donations:
- Donations made in error, such as incorrect amount or duplicate transactions
- Donations made with a stolen credit card or other unauthorized means
- Donations made with the intention of supporting a specific program or initiative that has been canceled or significantly altered
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@bhavtiwelfare.org within 30 days of the donation date. Please provide the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- The date and amount of the donation
- The reason for the refund request
We will review your request and process the refund within 30 days of receiving all necessary information. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original donation.
Limitations and Exclusions
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for the following types of donations:
- Anonymous donations
- Donations made more than 30 days ago
- Donations made to support ongoing programs and initiatives that are still active
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that are deemed frivolous, abusive, or made in bad faith.
